After the Superbowl weekend and consuming endless amounts of chips and dip, chicken wings, chili, and booze, I guarantee most of us aren’t ready for Bikini Season which is right around the corner!

The time has come to focus and get our healthy habits back on track. Before you start to freak out, simply adding green tea to your diet can help you become ready for summer time.

Not only does it is have zero calories, studies have shown that green tea can help burn fat, jump start your metabolism and even help fight against heart disease and different cancers.

The antioxidants in green tea, called catechins, eliminate free radicals in the body which damage DNA and causes cancer and blood clots. These catechins will soon be your best friends because they aid weight loss in multiple ways:
